BOOKING DETAILS:

Our services are priced by estimated labor time, so you only pay for the cleaning your home actually needs. Residential cleaning starts at $60 per labor hour. Additional time is never added without your approval.

TRANSPARENT LABOR-PRICING DETAILS:

Your cleaning is priced using estimated labor time at $60 per labor hour. Select the areas you'd like cleaned below and your estimated service price will update automatically. Final labor time may vary based on the condition of the home. We will always request your approval before exceeding the estimated price.

DEPOSIT:

A $60 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied directly toward your service total and deducted from your remaining balance. The remaining balance will be charged on the day of your scheduled cleaning.

CANCELLATIONS:

Please let us know 48hrs before for any cancellations or reschedules.
