We give high-use spaces and detail areas the additional time and attention they need. Because every home is different, the time and price required will depend on its size, current condition, pet hair, clutter, and overall level of buildup.

  • We do offer same day booking for an extra fee of $45 if applicable.

  • Cleanings can range from 2 - 9hrs depending on the type of cleaning we are doing. We will let you know ahead so you may prepare.

  • Yes, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Absolutely! Clients are happy with our services because we can create a custom cleaning for the services you truly need!

  • Please let us know 48hrs prior to your booking if you need to cancel or reschedule.

    The non-refundable deposit is non-transferable so you will need to pay another deposit to re-book.

  • We require the home to be empty when cleaning unless medically necessary. Your home is cleaned faster and more thorough when we have time to focus on the clean.

    We do not re-clean areas that are touched after we finished in that room. It’s best to enjoy your day while your home gets a sparkle!

  • We require a credit/debit card on file within 48hrs of your clean. The card will be charged automatically when the cleaning is complete.

    If additional services were needed, we will discuss with your for your approval before doing and charging them.

Important Service Limitations

Deep Cleaning does not include heavy smoke or nicotine restoration, mold remediation, pest or infestation cleanup, biohazards, hoarding or extreme conditions, crime-scene or trauma cleanup, carpet shampooing, exterior windows, hazardous materials, or large-item and junk removal.

Inside cabinets are not included unless specifically quoted and approved. Excessive buildup, clutter, pet hair, or areas requiring restoration may also require additional labor. If we discover that the home needs more time or work than originally estimated, we will contact you for approval before adding services or charges.
