Because this service is completed in an empty home, our team can reach areas that are often blocked by furniture and personal belongings. We focus on removing dust, residue, and everyday buildup so the property feels clean, refreshed, and ready for its next chapter.

We do offer same day booking for an extra fee of $45 if applicable.

A move out cleaning takes a minimum of 5hrs. We will let you know ahead so you may prepare.

Yes, a $25 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The non-refundable deposit is non-transferable so you will need to pay another deposit to re-book.

We require the home to be empty when cleaning unless medically necessary. Your home is cleaned faster and more thorough when we have time to focus on the clean.
We do not re-clean areas that are touched after we finished in that room. It’s best to enjoy your day while your home gets a sparkle!

We require a credit/debit card on file within 48hrs of your clean. The card will be charged automatically when the cleaning is complete.
If additional services were needed, we will discuss with your for your approval before doing and charging them.
